Vice President of Global Human Resources & Safety is to provide executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization’s global HR & Safety operations for both AIV and GCM. I am responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic HR & Safety goals. I oversee a team of 5 staff members and report to the President & CEO of the organization. I act as an impartial advocate to ensure that all employees at all levels receive fair and equitable treatment. AIV, L.P. currently has locations in the USA, Europe, Mid-East, Singapore, and Canada. Our affiliate, Gulf Coast Modification, L.P., has locations in the USA, Europe, and Canada.
