Crystal Turner-Moffatt is a Certified Expert in Construction and Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety, Leadership and Possibility Coach, Trainer, Author, Speaker, Panelist and Professional Consultant in the field of Environmental Health and Safety. Raised in Harlem, NY, Crystal has broken down barriers in the construction industry as a safety professional and business owner. Crystal is proud to be a woman of color in a male dominated industry. Crystal is CEO/President of the MWBE Certified Safety firm CDT EHS Consulting LLC established in 2007. CDT EHS Consulting LLC and the Teaching Division, The Safety Diva’s™ Academy, provides a bridge to safety success through expert, passionate consultation. Crystal is a Ph.D. candidate, at Capitol Technology University. EH&S is her passion, and she goes by the handle “The Safety Diva™”. Crystal also studied in the MS (EOHS) program at Hunter College CUNY has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Wesleyan University, and a Bioterrorism Preparedness Certificate from Hunter College CUNY. She has had more than 25 years of experience in the health and safety field in multifaceted environments.
